Behind the pieces

Clay, fire, and a lot of patience

Bonnie works with the unpredictability of the kiln as part of her process — drawing from nature and intuition to let each piece develop its own character. The results are never quite what she planned, and that's the point.

How it's made

What you see in each finished form reflects choices made at the wheel, at the glaze table, and inside the kiln — none of them reversible.

Vibrant ceramic bowls and etched shards nestled among pinecones and twigs on the forest floor.

Rooted in the natural world

Organic shapes, earthy textures, and colors pulled from the landscape around Sharon inform the look and feel of every piece.

Finished by fire

The kiln has the final say. Small variations in temperature and timing mean each piece emerges slightly different — and entirely its own.
